When you submit an inquiry, Houston’s Fastest receives the contact details and message you provide, along with the vehicle, displayed asking price, page and any campaign information associated with your inquiry. We use this information to respond to your request and manage sales and future-project inquiries. Planned service selections and their in-development status are included in the stored inquiry.

Storage and notifications

Inquiries are stored in platform-managed durable storage before the website shows a receipt. Authorized owner access is required to view them. Our website hosting and, when configured, message-delivery providers process information as needed to operate these functions. A notification’s acceptance by a delivery service does not confirm inbox delivery.

Basic operation and measurement

We count inventory and vehicle page views, inquiry starts, and Call and Text clicks as aggregate events. These counts are not unique visitors, completed calls or sales. If supplied, campaign labels, the landing-page path and referring website hostname are retained in session storage for up to 24 hours within your browser session and attached to a submitted inquiry. Contact details and inquiry messages are never saved in browser storage. These attribution labels are reported by the browser and are not independently verified. We use temporary, hashed network identifiers and short-lived rate limits to reduce automated abuse. Illustrative service images are loaded from Pexels and Wikimedia image servers. Your browser contacts those providers to display them; image requests omit the referring page address. The Instagram link opens an external site only when you choose it; no social feed or tracking pixel is embedded. No advertising trackers, automated marketing texts or marketing subscriptions have been added.

Owner access

The private preview and owner workspace use the hosting platform’s authentication. Public buyers will not need an account to browse released inventory or submit an inquiry after an approved launch.
